A Feel-Good Philosophy for Sustainable Health
You were made for more.
It is possible to feel better and experience more from your life. When you feel good in body and mind, you live more joyfully in the moment and more connected to others. The Feel-Good Philosophy works for everyone for long-term sustainable health. It is not a diet. It nourishes, not deprives so you can live more and feel more. You were made to Feel Good.
Hi, I'm Cara Clark, and I'm so glad you're here.
I began my career as a way to heal my own body and give me the energy to seek the life I was called to live.
Now, as an integrative nutritionist and wellness educator, I help people nurture their bodies through a non-dieting approach to food and the beautiful connections between physical wellness, mental and emotional health, and spirituality that have taken my own life to the next level.

Autoimmune Protocol (AIP)
We created this guide with the same macro philosophy as CCN, specifically for those struggling with autoimmune flare-ups. Through our journey of helping hundreds of people, we discovered it also benefits anyone dealing with chronic or long-standing inflammatory issues. Hence, we now refer to it as both an Anti-Inflammatory Protocol and an Autoimmune Protocol.
If you find yourself experiencing any of the following:
- Diagnosed autoimmune disease or symptoms of an autoimmune disease
- Long-standing chronic inflammation
- A need to take your body back to "factory reset mode"
- Discomfort while or after eating, making mealtimes unenjoyable
- Health conditions related to the gut
- Constant fatigue, no matter what you do
- Struggles with weight loss even after following the CCN way of life consistently
Then it might be time to consider an AIP meal plan.
