    I was so nervous about this challenge. I have been a weight watchers for years, lost weight but now I’m stuck. I am loving all the food on this plan. I am 4 days in and I can’t believe how good I feel.

    I love the program and recipes. The recipes are time consuming so you really have to prep. I also thought we would be getting a lot more support.

    I am absolutely loving This challenge. I previously downloaded one and got overwhelmed and didn’t do it. I have followed Cara for several years on Instagram and make recipes on occasion. I think I was mentally prepared to do this right now and not as overwhelmed. I Also purchased the book which I highly recommend. I feel amazing! I love the food! The recipes are easy and absolutely delicious! This is the first time I don’t feel deprived. Truly a lifestyle change. One week almost done and I truly feel u am going to stick with eating clean. I am even considering joining for a yearly membership to participate in al the challenges!

    Best Wellness Book

    I received my book last weekend, in time for the challenge so I was super excited. I am enjoying making smoothies & food. Your book has so much valuable and helpful information. Definitely enjoy reading it. Both of your journeys are inspiring. It's great to be able to create nutritious meals, snacks , smoothies, that will keep me full longer. This has been what I have been waiting for since I started my own wellness journey. Also the workouts provided in this book & to just realign with yourself. I am so happy with my purchase. Thank you ladies for this inspirational Wellness book you have both created. Super excited I purchased it.

    Wellness remodel packet

    This packet is digital and very easy to follow. It is categorized by day and by meal. There are grocery lists and all sorts of added bonuses. I personally choose to pay for the packet to be printed at Staples so for me, that is an added expense that I initiate. The content is amazing and the recipes are spot on. There are some typos and omissions that are sometimes difficult to follow. Everyone does their best to be sure the packet is accurate but maybe a master list of corrections can be sent to participants. For this challenge I think I’ve only heard of three corrections so it really isn’t a big deal. This is a 5 star challenge and publication.

    I haven’t begun this challenge yet, but I’ve reviewed the recipes and can’t wait to start. During the quarantine of the Covid19, we all need mood boosting foods. Cara is a master at creating a variety of recipes that provide whole nutrition for the body. I have arthritis and when I follow along with her programs, my inflammation is reduced significantly. I can’t wait to start!

With more time home due to COVID19, now is the perfect time to reset to start living our best lives!
