    I love how nutrious these smoothies are! I love smoothies but the ones I used to drink in the past were not nutrious. I feel full after drinking a smoothie. I eat one most days for breakfast and it holds me for 3-4 hours. My body also feels good with all the good products that go into the smoothie. In this smoothie book a few smoothie bowls are included and my oh my they are delicious. My favorite smoothie bowl is the Peanut Butter Berry Smoothie Bowl. You will surely not be disappointed with this smoothie book!
