As we approach the last few months of the year, it’s easy to let our health take a back seat. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle can be challenging with Halloween, holiday feasts, and the hustle and bustle of year-end activities. But what if this year could be different? For the last 90 days of 2024, we're challenging you to stay committed to yourself by focusing on energy, strength, and balance through personalized weight training, stress management, and nutrition tailored to your body type. We'll improve your energy, gut health, insulin response, and metabolic function, ensuring you finish the year feeling strong, clear, and energized.
Why? This is so empowering that it will help you be your own integrative health practitioner by helping you understand your body on this high level. We call it a movement because it’s more than just a challenge; it’s potentially life-transforming when we can commit to ourselves on this level.
We will bring you high-level, easy-to-understand education and support you on a higher level to stay accountable to yourself. Rather than counting calories or macros, we are incorporating mind, body, and spirit practices and habits to support the whole body through historically high-stress times. While we all love the holidays, they can do a number on our health – physically and mentally. We had such fantastic success doing this last year that we decided it was only right to do it again this year!
My goal in our bi-monthly calls is to use the first call as a workshop or education and the second as a coaching call.
I’ve realized that in our fast-paced world, we must have coaches we can trust. I have mentors, coaches, and my own practitioners. I’m always sitting in on health conferences and speaking with colleagues to bring you the best of the latest health trends. Ironically, while engaging in what’s new, we’re also returning to ancient medicine to balance our bodies or our dosha body type.
We will understand some of the best foods for our body type, the best workout time, the most practical circadian rhythm, and so much more. We are always so focused on change that we forget the importance of simply balancing. So, rather than making you use food scales, calorie counting, and spending an hour in the gym, we will make small, daily changes that make a huge difference. And if you still want to spend an hour in the gym every day, by all means, you still can!
The other huge value in the last 90 days is feeling like we have a like-minded community at such a heightened emotional time of year. (And also a high-sugar time of year!) Do you need us to slap that cheap Halloween candy out of your hand virtually? We can do that, too. We can also teach you better candy options to combine with your macros. It's just another way to look at balance! It’s never “all or nothing” here at CCN.
