Join us in our next Challenge! Our Sweet Summertime Two Week Challenge is a CCN intensive meal plan to get your metabolism going as we head into Summer! We will introduce delicious, new, mind-blowing recipes in a meal plan that will keep you feeling light, burning fat and motivated! 

This challenge is fun, exhilarating and delicious! However, it's a hard time of year to commit, so it's extra important to join with an accountability partner! We encourage you to ask a friend to not only do this challenge with, but to help you stay motivated for the duration of Summer, which can get carried away. 

 This Challenge includes:

·  2 week meal plan

· 1 week bonus mix and match

· Two-fold accountability and motivation via private Facebook group + email check ins

· Intuitive eating guide as well as further education on our food philosophy

· Workout suggestions

· Unlimited expert nutrition consultation & guidance

· Emotional health challenge with our favorite LMFT, Josh Busson 

 BONUS: Picnic/Beach Day Packing List and CCN Popsicle Recipes

A portion of the proceeds from this challenge will go directly to Diversify Dietetics. Less than 10% of dietetics professionals are people of color. Diversify Dietetics is the only 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated solely to increasing diversity in dietetics by empowering students and professionals from underrepresented minority groups to join the next generation of nutrition experts.

    Gastronomically delightful !

    This is my 3 rd challenge I’ve signed up for and I can’t fault the recipes In any way . I love how you turn salads using most of the basic ingredients I normally use into feasts by adding texture in the form of nuts / seeds / hemp hearts and fresh flavour bursting dressings . The smoothies in the most recent challenge aren’t so rich compared to the first challenge which I prefer . Thanks for putting this fabulous eating plan together . I love cooking but don’t always have the time to create meal plans . It’s also easier for me
    to stay committed and eat healthily when I have a plan to hand . Thanks for the great effort !

    As usual, Cara knocked it out of the park again with these fresh, interesting, and oh-so-summery recipes! Sooo delish, easy to make, and perfect to kick off that summer slim down! I’m sharing so many of these wonderful recipes with my health coaching clients who are already raving!! Great job Cara and team!!!
