Spring break travel is exciting, but packing the right spring break travel essentials can make all the difference. Different food, changing schedules, less sleep, and long travel days can throw your routine off—and having a few key items with you helps support digestion, energy, and overall wellness while on the go.
These are the things I currently bring with me to support gut health, energy, and overall wellness while traveling.

Gut Health Support
Travel can be tough on digestion. Changes in food, hydration, and routine often slow things down, which is why gut support is always at the top of my packing list.
I bring BodyBio Sodium Butyrate (code CARACLARK) to support gut lining health and digestion. It’s one of my favorite tools for helping the gut stay resilient when routines change.
I’ll also be bringing Grüns, which are an easy way to get greens and nutrients in when travel days make it harder to eat perfectly.
Hydration + Antioxidant Support
Flights and long travel days can be really dehydrating, so I always prioritize hydration and antioxidants.
I love bringing Pique BT Foundation Beauty Electrolyte because they’re easy to travel with and support hydration, metabolism, and cellular health.
They take up almost no room in your bag, which makes them perfect for travel.

Clean Protein on the Go
Protein can be one of the hardest things to get consistently when traveling. I always pack a few easy options, so I’m not relying on airport food.
Some of my favorites:
- Jacob Bars
- Equip Prime Bar (code CARACLARK)
- Aloha Protein Bars
Healthy Travel Snacks
I also always pack a few simple snacks for flights or long days out exploring.
Right now, I’m loving Pure Organic Twisted Fruit Bites. They’re easy, kid-friendly, and great to have in your bag when you need something sweet.

Clean Haircare + Sun Protection
Travel-sized products are a must, and I try to stick with the same clean brands I use at home.
For haircare I’m bringing travel sizes from Davines, both the OI shampoo and conditioner
And of course, sunscreen is non-negotiable. I love the clean formulas from Badger.
The Bottom Line
Travel doesn’t have to mean completely abandoning your wellness routine. Packing a few thoughtful essentials can help support your gut, energy, and hydration so you can actually enjoy your trip.
For me, it’s all about keeping things simple:
support digestion, prioritize protein, stay hydrated, and bring snacks so you’re not stuck relying on airport or hotel food.
Those small choices make a big difference in how you feel when you get home.
