Kicking Off a Feel-Good Summer with Energy, Ease, and Flavor
I will be the first to tell you that I love Summer. I love the carefree feeling, I love the food, I love the weather, I love fewer schedules, I love the memories, and so much more. I also love having my kids around! But I’ve told y’all this before, and I’ll repeat it: I’m terrible at transitions. I always feel scattered the first week or so, and the same goes for after they return to school. And this year, I still feel scattered from last week’s book launch! To help, I’m taking all the brain support:
Body Bio PC (currently on sale for 20% off through 5/27)
All 3 of these help my body and mind transition into this change! I’m a morning worker, so it’s nice to stay in a work rhythm from 5 am until about 8 am before I make the kids’ food and run them all around. Did I mention I run a babysitters’ club too? I get many texts during the Summer asking, “Do you have any free girls?” I’m managing my schedule and their schedules all summer, and it can get pretty crazy. I do love their work opportunities in our neighborhood, though! Anyway, I know it’s not quite Summer on the calendar yet, but it’s Summer for us as of today, and I’m excited to share some amazing Summer food and flow ideas to help you feel good!
Oh, speaking of feeling good this Summer, following the Feel-Good philosophy pretty much guarantees you feeling your best. I know so many of you are loving the book, and if you want extra energetic accountability and encouragement, join our annual Summer Challenge – appropriately named The Feel-Good Summer this year! (Use code CCNMEMBER2025 for a discount!) Guess what a side effect of feeling good is? Looking good too! Who’s in? We used brand-new recipes and mixed some in from the book. The key is making this a sustainable lifestyle; we’re here to support you!
Some random benefits of the Feel-Good Way:
More resilience to the sun and sun damage
Better, shinier hair
Brighter eyes
Better strength for workouts
Reduction in allergies
Gosh, the feel-good benefits are endless, and I can’t wait to hear how it changes your life!
We’ll also be adding some fun bonuses during the challenge, like creating “snackle” boxes to take to the beach, lake, or park. I will also be sharing some Summer workouts and how to get the most out of your workout with pre-workout options and post-workout support!
In our membership this June, we’ll be focused on cellular health and metabolism. Friends, we are only as healthy as our cells… no way around it. There is no greater risk to our health than cell mutations, and we’re here to help prevent them, understand them, and support our cells and metabolism. Our bodies are so interconnected, and we’re just scratching the surface of what they’re capable of, but healing on any level always starts with the cell. The breakdown of the body always starts with the cell. I’ll also walk you through what blood markers help identify dysfunction. I am so excited for this conversation! How are we given these intrinsic bodies with no manual, but every machine or appliance we ever get comes with lengthy manuals? Let’s keep learning about our complex bodies together!
Last week at the book signing event, I couldn’t believe the number of people who came through the line saying that this way of life has changed or saved their lives. The tears in their eyes or dripping down their cheeks will stay with me forever. I was so humbled and so honored that I got to be a part of this! Being a part of your health and healing journey is beyond my wildest dreams, and I’ll never take it for granted. I will also never stop learning, so I can help empower you all to be your best and healthiest selves now and in the future.
Let’s enjoy our Summer at the next level, with stable blood sugar and making choices that make us feel good!

Add bananas, coconut cream, peanut butter, vanilla, and maple syrup to a high-powered blender and mix well.
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 5 hours. Run each mold under warm water to remove popsicles, then return to the freezer.
