We will hone in on our body type to better understand how to bring balance, with a special focus on gut health according to body type.
Days 31 – 60
We will focus on ways to eat, exercise, support stress, and sleep based on our body type.
Days 61 – 90
We will address insulin and how it operates on each body type and wrap up on a year of foundational support.
