Balancing the Body We Have

From the nature we are born into to the nurture of the environment we grew up in, our bodies are what they are. As adults, we can't go back and change things, but we can change our current lifestyle and our body awareness.

Sticking to health goals during the holidays can be especially tough with all the indulgent foods, busy schedules, and added stress that can throw us off track. That’s why this CCN Members-only challenge is designed to give you the support, structure, and motivation to stay on course during this time of year. PLUS! With the added knowledge of your specific body type, you'll be better equiped with strategies that work best for you.

The Challenge

We will challenge you and push you weekly to stay committed to yourself even when you don't have the time you'd like to dedicate! We will incorporate the appropriate weight training and time of day depending on your body type!

Days 1 – 30

We will hone in on our body type to better understand how to bring balance, with a special focus on gut health according to body type.



Days 31 – 60

We will focus on ways to eat, exercise, support stress, and sleep based on our body type.


Days 61 – 90

We will address insulin and how it operates on each body type and wrap up on a year of foundational support.

The Education

We will be going deep on the foundations of the body for each body type and addressing how root cause issues show up based on our tendencies! We have predispositions based on our DNA, but do we understand all the impact our lifestyle habits have on our DNA? It's time we learn!

The primary nutritionist at Cara Clark Nutrition (CCN). I’ve helped over 20,000 households — from moms to celebrities, college students to Olympic athletes, retired seniors to business moguls. I’m a certified sports and clinical nutritionist. 
 
I began studying nutrition when I was a professional college athlete wanting to understand how to properly fuel my body. After discovering much of the available nutritional information was geared toward men, it ignited my passion: educating women on proper health and nutrition.
