From the way we fuel our bodies to how we manage stress, hydration, and movement, our daily choices shape our long-term health. While we can’t change the past, we can take control of our present by understanding how nutrition, exercise, and foundational wellness practices impact our overall well-being.
This season, we’re diving into key health topics to help you build resilience and feel your best. We’ll explore how to apply the CCN philosophy during times of stress, debunk common supplement myths, and uncover the truth about hydration. You’ll also learn how blood sugar affects more than just energy levels, plus the latest strategies for supporting insulin balance and overall vitality. With the right tools and knowledge, you can take small, sustainable steps toward lasting health—no matter where you’re starting from!
The Challenge
We will challenge you and push you weekly to stay committed to yourself even when you
don't have the time you'd like to dedicate! We will incorporate the appropriate weight
training and time of day depending on your body type!
We don't need more time or more money. We need energy.
Energy = clarity
Energy = more time in the day

Areas of Focus:
Days 1 – 30
We will hone in on our body type to better understand how to bring balance, with a special focus on gut health according to body type.
Days 31 – 60
We will focus on ways to eat, exercise, support stress, and sleep based on our body type.
Days 61 – 90
We will address insulin and how it operates on each body type and wrap up on a year of foundational support.
The Education
We will be going deep on the foundations of the body for each body type and addressing how root cause issues show up based on our tendencies! We have predispositions based on our DNA, but do we understand all the impact our lifestyle habits have on our DNA? It's time we learn!
