Cara Clark Bio

Cara is an integrative nutritionist and wellness educator who is certified in sports and clinical nutrition, blood chemistry, and integrative health. Her clients include professional athletes, celebrities, and regular people like herself. Cara’s book The Feel-Good Way: Simple Recipes for a Better Life will be published by Penguin Random House in 2025. She is also the primary nutritionist for Carrie Underwood’s fitness app and online community fit52 and contributed to Carrie’s book Find Your Path. She is co-author of The Wellness Remodel with Christina Anstead and regularly appears on podcasts and social media outlets as well as magazines such as Martha Stewart Living, People, and Parade, and television including the Today Showand Today in Nashville. More than 20,000 people have taken part in her nutrition challenges.
