Take on the challenge in 2013

Hi Friends!

Hope your Christmas is Merry and you're as excited about the new year as me!!

With health being at the top of manys' New Years resolutions, I wanted to reach out to you and invite you to 24 Day Challenge with us. About 3 times a year I get a large group together to do this and of course the new year is the best time!

As it continues to be such a successful challenge, I've come up with some reasons why you should try:

1. To gain control of you eating decisions.

2. For weight loss jump start! Average lost for my groups in the last year is around 10 lbs and I've had many folks do it again!

3. It helps to establish a healthy metabolism which can lead to changes in hormone levels, including pregnancy if so desired :) This happened twice in the last year.

4. Who doesn't need more energy!? This is a huge benefit using the natural supplements and whole foods diet.

5. I do the leg work for you--meal plan, guidelines, shopping list. The day to day is the easy part ;)

6. Decrease fat storage, starting with the 10 day cleanse. You will notice daily in the first few days clothes fitting differently!

7. Feel better and more confident! All these changes are bound to come with some confidence.

8. Reach and maintain a healthy weight! Implement and change some lifestyle habits and create a program you can live with :)
