Our Spring into Summer Challenge has officially begun! A few of our participants even started early because the food was just THAT good. Our goal is never to deprive or completely eliminate certain types of food. That type of restriction always does more harm than good. Instead, we teach you how to fuel your body the smart way - stabilizing your blood sugar by eating often (every 3-4 hours) and balancing your macros at every meal (carbs, protein, and fat). If these are the only takeaways our participants have at the end of these 4 weeks, we will consider it a success!

Strawberry Milkshake Smoothie
½ frozen banana
¾ cup frozen strawberries
¼ cup cauliﬂower rice
Handful of greens (optional)
½ teaspoon vanilla
2 Tablespoons hemp seed
¼ cup canned coconut cream
Optional: collagen peptides, spirulina or maca powder
