Exciting news! We have replaced our Spring into Summer Challenge with The Wellness Remodel Challenge. It's 4 weeks and supplemental to The Wellness Remodel book. It will be similar in format to our amazing 4 week challenges, especially from the food and fitness aspect, but there will be SO many more amazing tools added to help your whole health improve. This is something we've been working on for months. It's our biggest and most comprehensive challenge yet!
We are bringing you our best ever challenge at a time where you likely need the extra support and accountability. Our vision for the challenge was to provide you with in-depth guidance with some of the self care tools in the book. Think more videos, more hand holding, extra love and support. Each week, we will focus on different aspects of the body. Christina will be involved on the support team and will also be sharing some inside info on ways she cares for herself. And Cara will be taking you deeper than we've ever gone before.

1 teaspoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ small red onion, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
2½ cups zucchini zoodles
10-12 slices turkey pepperoni, chopped
(Vegetarian: Substitute pepperoni with 1 cup cannellini beans.)
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon parsley
Salt and pepper, to taste
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1½ cups tomato sauce (we like Raos’s brand)
Top with: chopped fresh basil
Heat a sauté pan to medium heat, then add oil, garlic and onion and let simmer for 1 minute. Add in mushrooms and peppers and cook for 5-7 minutes or until tender. Add in the zoodles, turkey pepperoni, dried oregano, parsley, salt and pepper and cook for additional 3-4 minutes. Lastly, mix in the tomato sauce and more salt and pepper, then let simmer for 2 minutes and turn off the heat. Top with fresh basil and serve.
