Today is officially day 1 of our Fall Back to Health challenge. This is our last 4 week challenge of the year and normally our biggest and this year is no exception. Our group has set a new record - by a landslide! 100+ more participants than our biggest challenge group to date. Amazing! 

And these participants are wasting no time digging in. We thought we should share what our participants are eating today in case anyone out there still on the fence needs some more convincing. Here's our day 1 Gingery Pear smoothie:

Gingery Pear Smoothie

1 pear, sliced 

¼ large frozen banana 

Handful of greens 

¼ cup rolled oats 

½ teaspoon of cinnamon 

¼ teaspoon of ground ginger or ¼ inch of fresh ginger 

2 Tablespoons hemp seeds 

6 ounces unsweetened almond milk or nut milk
