Fall usually aligns with a new, more structured schedule. It's usually a time of a little freedom for us mamas who are sending kids back to school. It's almost always guaranteed that we're ready to get back on track.
I bet you're feeling the need to recommit. I bet you're tired of feeling the way you're feeling. I bet you could use a little community support. Maybe I'm just speaking for myself here because I know that's how I'm feeling. With all the continued unknown, I could use a little certainty. I could afford to sharpen my focus on my health and well being. I'm certain I want to feel better and more energized and have better structure with my wellness routine. For some reason, Summer is always a phase of "winging it" for me so I am more than ready to do this! I hope you'll join me and my whole community in the Fall Back to Health Challenge.
Not only do we provide you with the most amazing seasonal menu, but we have some great additions this challenge too! My functional medicine doctor and friend, Dr Kaisa Coppola, will be joining me this round to provide some hormonal health education. Whether you're in your 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s or even you're 60s, we have some great info to teach and share. As always, we will be diligently focused on full body and mind health. We also have some great workouts lined up by our beloved trainer, Tami Van Duyne. And last but not least, we have our CCN community ready and willing to hold you accountable, but also love up on you if you need it.
