Coffee Cashew Cacao Smoothie

Our Fall Back to Health Challenge participants have completed 3 whole weeks of the challenge today. These 30 day challenges are our favorite because we see real, long term change. Many participants never really leave us after the official 4 weeks is up!
This smoothie recipe from week 3 might just be our new favorite. (We know we say that a lot - because it's true. Until another new favorite comes along... which happens often because our recipes are just so good!) Coffee and chocolate - could there be anything better?
Coffee Cashew Cacao Smoothie
¼ cup cashews, soaked overnight in filtered water (if possible)
1 cup frozen zucchini chunks
Handful baby spinach or other dark greens
1-2 pitted dates
1 Tablespoon hemp seeds
1 Tablespoon cacao powder
1 Tablespoon fresh, finely ground coffee (caffeinated or swiss water process decaf, preferably organic)
1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)
4-8 ounces unsweetened coconut or nut milk
Ice
Option: sprinkle cacao nibs on top for a crunch. Whip up full-fat coconut milk with coconut sugar for a whipped topping. (Serving size 1-2 Tablespoons.)
