Cinnamon Apple Oat Smoothie

Our Fall Back to Health Challenge participants are officially halfway through our challenge and the Fall food just keeps coming! If your weather is anything like ours, it's still hot, hot, hot. This smoothie has all the flavors of Fall but will still keep you cool and satisfied!
Cinnamon Apple Oat Smoothie
½ frozen banana
½ medium apple
Big handful baby spinach
2 Tablespoons rolled oats
1 Tablespoon chia or hemp seeds
1 Tablespoon flax meal
1 Tablespoon natural almond butter
1 teaspoon Maca powder (optional)
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Dash nutmeg
1 scoop collagen peptides (optional) 4-8 ounces unsweetened coconut or nut milk
