"Wrap Hacks" are all the rage right now on TikTok, so we thought why not give it our own CCN spin?
Breakfast Tortilla Wrap Hack
1 burrito-size, whole-grain or gluten-free tortilla (like Siete brand)
2 eggs, scrambled and seasoned with salt and pepper, sprinkled with chopped green onion
1 slice provolone cheese
Handful baby spinach
¼ avocado, diced
Avocado oil spray
Fresh salsa as an optional topping
Cut into the tortilla, slicing once in the middle from the outside to the very center (again, just one slice).
Place ingredients separately in each triangle shaped quadrant of the tortilla: scrambled eggs, cheese, spinach and avocado. Carefully fold the tortilla triangle quadrants on top of one another, ending with one triangle-shaped wrap.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and coat with avocado oil spray. Cook the tortilla on both sides for a few minutes, until browned and crispy. Add fresh salsa and enjoy!
