We just finished up our 2 week Sweet Summertime Challenge and this smoothie was definitely a fan favorite! All the flavors of Summer you love in a grab and go morning meal!
Blackberry Peach Bliss Smoothie
1/3 cup frozen blackberries
1/2 cup fresh or frozen peach slices
3 Tablespoons cashews (soaked overnight in ﬁltered water)
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
Big handful baby spinach
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)
4-8 ounces unsweetened coconut or nut milk
