A new wave of listeners, a community rooted in real change, and why we’re getting serious about parasite prep.
What a whirlwind, fun week! A few weeks ago, I flew to Arizona to film a “bucket list” podcast. This podcast hasn’t even been out for a year, but it has been life-changing for so many people, including me. I’m thrilled that the health and wellness space is finally gaining traction in mainstream media. I’ve been studying ingredients and the body for 18 years. I have been on a personal journey while helping tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of people change the way they live. Not just the food they eat, but also the products they use. And our episode launched this past Monday night. My inbox has been flooded, to say the least.

If you found us from Alex or Culture Apothecary, take this as your warm welcome into Cara Clark Nutrition (and integrative wellness). Welcome to the Feel-Good Way of Life!
If you’re a paid member here, you're already somewhat familiar with the system. We always recommend the membership portal because the resources are abundant, and you can progress at your own pace. I don’t take individual clients who aren’t already members and already living the way we teach. Our twice-monthly calls have been so in-depth, comprehensive, and valuable… our membership is where anyone should start. I also love the continuity of our community. The support, the drive, the same wavelength, and the same desires – it can’t be beat! It’s so fulfilling to find this many like-minded people, from all different walks of life.
(PS. Members get free access to all of our Substack content, too!)
Another thing I’ve learned with certain members and clients is that when we:
Decrease our toxic load
Support our stress levels
Remediate infections
Regulate blood sugar
Then, our body will eliminate the toxins on its own. It’s truly remarkable to witness this phenomenon, and we’re often surprised to see the body detoxify parasites without a specific parasite protocol. Why? The body became resilient and strong! At this point, we need to look into binders and, especially, biofilm disruptors — namely, addressing the heavy metal issues in our body. As we begin to see this unfold (I look forward to discussing all of this in our calls in July), we will then explore immune support and advanced pathogen support, while continuing to follow the roadmap. There’s no turning back at this point. So yeah, parasite support can be fun, but we need to be really in tune with our bodies as we ride out certain symptoms and y’all if you can’t give me a detailed description of you poop, then that’s the first step to start getting familiar with. 😉
Here are a couple of things you’ll want to start doing now as we prepare for parasites…
Make sure your detox pathways are open. We’ll go over this in depth soon!
Get a really good light therapy. This helps to draw them to the gut.
Work on your foundations and balance your blood sugar now!
Let’s tackle these mysterious rascals together!
