    SO happy with this challenge

Posted by Sara Ball on Feb 28th 2017

This was my second CCN challenge, and I am so delighted. I can feel my energy levels being regulated and, to the extent possiblesince I'm in the third trimester of my second pregnancy, my food cravings diminished! The challenge itself is really just a starting point for a complete lifestyle reset button, which happens so naturally after the 21 days. I have always considered myself a healthy eater and a good exerciser, but CCN is next-level stuff. I can't imagine my life without these challenges, and will participate in many more in the future. Thank you, CCN!

Always expanding my world of health

Posted by Lisa A on Feb 2nd 2017

Cara and Allison do it again! There is so much goodness in this Challenge packet. Having done almost every challenge for 4 years, I consider myself a CCN expert but the truth is I'm always learning more with these Challenges. Each time I learn how to use new ingredients, more nutrition principles, more delicious food combos and recipes etc. I've realized I need to keep signing up to stay on track. I always fall off the bandwagon at some point and Cara keeps me straight and motivated. Tonight I made the Cashew Chicken stir fry and was crying it was so good and easy. What a value it is to be able to ask Cara and Allison for their expert advice in the FB group all month long. I'm a forever fan.

    Life Changing

Posted by Beth Harbon on Feb 2nd 2017

I love this challenge! This is my third one and my favorite. The recipes are awesome. I am not a very healthy eater. Sweets are my downfall but I have genuinely enjoyed each of the challenges. It has changed my eating habits and my life. Thus challenge is loaded with great recipes that are tasty and satisfying. I also enjoy that sone means are repeated. One if the challenges is the food prep. by doubling up on recipes you are able to save Prep time. I have earned to make smoothies in bulk and freeze them and to make salads in multiples. . This has made my life less stressful. I feel good eating every 3-4 hours. It takes some thought every day but I feel more even keeled. I've lost a little weight, yay, but that was not my motivator fur doing the challenge. I'm trying to live a healthier lifestyle and this challenge has it all! For those who have not done a challenge I strongly encourage you to try one! You'll love it!

    My Challenge Review

Posted by Troy on Jan 8th 2017

Dear Cara and Allison, For the first time in 4 years and after working really hard, this has been the most successful I have been. My metabolism seemed to have shut down after baby #5 and turning 40. I ran and counted calories but my numbers and size would not budge. I thought I should join the challenge bc though I've been a steady 160-165lbs for 2 years, it's at least 15-20lbs than what I'd prefer. Moreover, I hated buying bigger clothes especially because I was running my butt off. So after diligently following the plan (and I did the 1st week for 2 weeks bc I had the groceries), here are my stats: Day 1- 165 lbs Chest 40 Waist 35 Hips 43 Today(about 2 weeks) 158lbs Chest 39 Waist 34 Hips 41 Mind you, I had bronchitis the first week so there was not working out. I have started work outs this week. I feel great. I have so much more energy and I'm sticking with it through the holidays. I'm convinced. I believe in the power of blood sugar stabilization and plant based diet (for the most part). Thank you for the plan and the recipes. I really needed the guide to help me get started. I look forward to the next challenge.
