Week 1 of our Spring into Summer Challenge is officially in the books and our participants are feeling better than ever! We love hearing about everyone's progress each and every week and some of the common themes for our first check-in of the challenge have been: more energy, less bloating, and better sleep... just to name a few.
This was a participant favorite this past week so we thought we'd share it here as well!

Lemon Ginger Detox Smoothie
½ frozen banana
Big handful greens
Sprig of parsley
Zest and juice of one small lemon
½ inch slice fresh ginger root (OR ¼ teaspoon ground ginger)
¼ teaspoon turmeric
1 Tablespoon ﬂax meal
¼ cup almonds (soak almonds overnight in water if possible)
6 ounces unsweetened nut milk
