HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!! I'm a day late on this because I spent my day loving on my babies and husband. I did get on my Instagram and Facebook a couple times and I was so happy to see so much LOVE. I love LOVE! I feel happy so happy seeing others happy and in love :)

In the month of February, one of our major focuses have been heart health. Another major focus is to love ourselves, truly and wholly. I began my business working with college girls because body image is such an issue at this age. What I've learned over the last five years is that body image is a real issue in all ages of women. I've learned that there are about 10% of women who are truly satisfied with their body and how they feel. My primary focus of my business is to help women overcome these obstacles, to love themselves, to take care of themselves and to make their health a priority. Because, let's face it ladies and gentlemen, life happens and we forget how to take care of ourselves.

I believe there are many ways to practice self love, let's start with the most important first!

*ONLY ever compare yourself with you! Once you start comparing yourself with others, you sabotage the very person only YOU were created to be. Take control of your thoughts and be grateful for who you are, whether your body type is more athletic/boyish(like mine) or curvy and beautiful(like my sister..hehe). It's funny how we can see the beauty in others, but not ourselves. Remember, you were created in His likeness, so how could there be anything so wrong about you?

*Exercise helps boost your mental and emotional state than anything else out there. It's got more proven and long lasting results than any drug on the market. It's sure to instill confidence and self love in everyone.

*Recognize and acknowledge what you're good at. I notice when I get down on myself about my cleaning/organization skills I feel horrible, so I try not to focus on the negative, but remind myself what I'm good at; taking care of others, cooking, having fun, etc.

*Keep healthy hobbies. Even when you're schedule is full, make time to do what you're good at and makes you happy. It's really important to feel the self worth and value in yourself.

*Take good care of yourself. Eat right(color loaded diet, food from directly from the source), drink water, get sleep, avoid refined sugar, decrease alcohol and caffeine consumption, avoid packaged food, exercise! All of these will improve the way you feel, your energy levels, your fat storage and more! You will feel your best and therefore love your self more!

I wanted to share more about love, but my kids are about to kill each other and I need to go..Will improve the blog soon! Until then, remind yourself of all your good qualities and take care of yourself!

Wishing you bountiful blessings,
Cara Clark
